About the Role
Reporting to our Paid Media Manager, you’ll help plan, launch and optimise paid social and search campaigns for a variety of brands. You’ll get hands-on experience across multiple platforms, own day-to-day execution and develop the strategic thinking that will take your career to the next level.
Key responsibilities
- Activate and optimise paid social across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok: build campaigns, refine audiences, brief creatives, and continually test new ideas.
- Support paid search on Google and Microsoft Ads: carry out keyword research, craft ad copy, manage bidding strategies and report on performance.
- Analyse and report: maintain reporting dashboards, pull weekly insights and contribute to client calls and presentations.
- Collaborate with SEO, creative and development teams to align messaging, improve landing-page CRO and deliver fully integrated campaigns.
- Stay ahead of the curve: monitor platform updates, document tests, share learnings in team huddles and suggest fresh tactics.
About you
- Agency-seasoned: 2–3 years planning, creating and managing paid media campaigns across social and search platforms.
- Analytical & curious: comfortable in spreadsheets, excited by performance data and A/B tests.
- Clear communicator: able to translate results into concise updates for clients and teammates.
- Proactive problem-solver: You spot issues early, suggest fixes and ask for help when needed.
- Team contributor: happy to pitch in on shared projects and give constructive feedback.
- Case-study ready (bonus): examples of campaigns you’ve improved and why they worked.
Bonus skills
- Experience with Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok & other ad platforms.
- Familiarity with GA4 and other Google products.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
- Non-standard platforms (Snap, Adroll, Realise).
