Our application process
We have a 3 step process for all our roles. This ensures transparency for both the business and the candidate and ensures we’re a good fit.
The first step is a call with our managing director Mike or our SEO manager Charlie. This will be a short call to dicuss what you’re looking for in the role and a chance for us to learn more about your experience in SEO or wider digital marketing.
The next step is usually a tech test, this is a small task to test your skills against your experience. We would then have an interview via the team or face-to-face to go through your task and any questions from us or the candidate.
The final step is for us to review and make an offer based on the interview.
We have successfully hired and trained 3 apprentices within the business that is now in management and senior roles. So even if you feel you don’t currently have the experience within some of the roles we have available, we’re still keen to hear from you!
