Mike

Michael Ryan,Founder & CEO

Mike has been in SEO since he left school! Starting off as an apprentice and then moving into management. He now heads up the agency here at Ink.

John 1

John Hutson, Head of Digital

John started in Digital Marketing in 2003, with the majority of that time focusing on SEO, working across many sectors and geographies. He is now Head of Digital Operations at Ink Digital – overseeing all departments, agency processes, and leading the HubSpot Partner offering.

Charlie

Charlie Clayton, Head of SEO Strategy

Charlie joined the company as their first hire almost 4 years ago. He has since moved from apprentice to executive to SEO Manager, learning SEO and team management skills on the job.

Kasey

Kasey Wilkinson,Head of People

Kasey has three years of experience within SEO, and has worked her way up from apprentice to SEO manager. She builds in-depth strategies for her clients across a range of industries, with a particular interest in fashion and travel.

Jamie

Jamie Beastall,Senior SEO Account Manager

Jamie brings nine years of experience in SEO to the table, having begun as an apprentice and steadily advancing to the Senior Level. His expertise spans across various industries, including luxury, where he has honed his skills in crafting effective SEO strategies.

Tony

Tony Morgan, Senior Account Manager

Tony has been in the digital space for over 20 years creating Search Engine Optimised websites and applications. Recognising how rewarding a successful SEO campaign can be, Tony made the switch to full time SEO several years ago bringing a wealth of technical knowledge with him.

Max Marshall, SEO Account Manager

Max has over 2 years experience working within SEO with a focus on technical SEO and data analytics. He supports the team wherever needed, and is always pushing his clients campaigns forward to the next step.

Mel

Melanie Goldring, SEO Manager & Training Facilitator

Mel has several years of SEO experience and specialises in content. She develops in-depth strategies to ensure the best results for her clients. Alongside her client work, she also facilitates training for colleagues and new starters, delivering interactive and practical sessions designed to put learning into action.

Sam

Sam Backhouse, Digital Marketing Executive

With over two years in digital marketing, Sam has developed hands-on experience across email marketing and SEO. He has contributed to campaigns for clients in a wide mix of industries, adapting quickly to different goals and audiences. Sam is known for jumping into new challenges with enthusiasm and focus.

Izzy

Isabella Howells, Senior Content Manager

Izzy is Senior Content Manager at Ink Digital, managing content strategy, creation and upload across channels. She plans campaigns, produces copy and oversees distribution to drive awareness and engagement. Partnering with clients, she ensures quality and consistency, aligning to goals and using performance data to optimise workflows and scale results.

Dave Shillingford,SEO Growth Consultant

With over 13 years in MarTech and SaaS consultancy, Dave helps businesses generate leads and scale revenue through data-driven digital marketing / SEO. At Ink Digital, he works closely with prospects and clients to develop tailored strategies that drive measurable growth, ROI and long-term success.

Brad Burder, PPC Manager

A cross-channel PPC manager with over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, specialising in e-commerce and lead generation strategies that drive sustainable ROI through paid media channels.

Emily Morgan,Social Media Manager

Emily has seven years of experience in social media marketing, starting out as a freelancer and running her own agency before moving into various in-house and agency roles. She now leads on all things social at Ink, from content creation and branding to strategy development and data-led results, helping clients build a consistent and engaging online presence.

Akanksha,Digital Marketing Executive

Akanksha began her digital marketing journey as an intern last year while launching her own Shopify brand. Now a Digital Marketing Executive at Ink, she works across SEO, social media, PPC, and sales – gaining hands-on experience and contributing to a variety of projects with curiosity and adaptability.
